Communicative tools are software applications or technologies that enable people to communicate with each other more effectively. These tools can be used for a variety of purposes, including collaboration, teamwork, and project management. There are many different types of communicative tools available, and the choice of which tool to use will depend on the specific communication needs of the situation. Whether its email, video conferencing, or project management software, communicative tools are an important part of modern communication and collaboration. The effective use of communicative tools can help to improve communication, increase productivity, and enhance teamwork within organizations.
Two types of communicative tools:
1. Synchronous Communication: refers to communication that takes place in real-time. In other words, it is a form of communication where two or more people interact with each other at the same time. Examples of synchronous communication tools include instant messaging, video conferencing, and telephone conversations.
2. Asynchronous Communication: refers to communication that takes place at different times. In other words, it is a form of communication where people do not interact with each other in real-time. Examples of asynchronous communication tools include email, social media, and discussion forums.

Some of the most effective tools that teachers have used during pandemic time were zoom-meet, whats app , Virtual Learning Environment, telegram and messenger. Some of the ways teachers have used collaborative tools during pandemic times were video conferencing such as zoom meet ,Google classroom ,telegram where students can participate anywhere as long as they have internet connections. Teachers have used those collaborative tools to share information, assign tasks, and provide feedback. Teachers have used a variety of communicative tools to maintain engagement such as grabbing attention, asking questions, and letting us do presentations in zoom meet.
Share your personal observation and experience about how teachers adapt their communication methods during the pandemic to ensure effective teaching.
My personal observation and experience about the teachers to adapt their communication methods during the pandemic to ensure effective teaching was; by having break out session for group discussion, uploading voice over PowerPoint, recording of zoom meet to watch or listen later for better understanding and sending voice messages in telegram which contain the explanation of the content.
Provide your critical judgment about how teachers assessed student’s learning and progress through their communication tools during the pandemic?
Some of the strategies used by teachers to assess students learning and progress through their communication tools during the pandemic time are giving immediate feedback where teachers have been able to provide immediate feedback to their students through communication tools like email, messaging apps which allowed students to make adjustments and corrections in real-time, which can improved our learning outcomes. Tutor used to conduct online quizzes by watching videos and providing assignments and learning tasks through various platforms such as Virtual Learning Environment, email, telegram, etc.
Can you share some of the strategies teachers used to ensure inclusive and accessibility through their communicative tools during the pandemic time?
Some of the strategies teachers used to ensure inclusive and accessibility through their communicative tools during the pandemic time were teachers have provided course materials in multiple formats such as audio, video, and text where this approach allows us to choose the format that works best for us , depending on our needs and preferences.
